The FareBid quote system is currently setup to handle the following keywords. The system will only respond to messages for the registered mobile number. These keywords are in addition to the standard quote reply which is just a price.
STOP |
This keyword will deactivate the registered company on the FareBid system and no quotes will be sent to the company until the START keyword is sent. |
INFO FBxx |
The keyword INFO followed by the FareBid quote request reference number will send the details of that job again. For example, INFO FB79, will send the job details for the FareBid quote reference FB79. |
UNAVAILABLE |
This keyword should be used if your company is not available for quote on a quote request. This could be that you are fully booked on a required day. You should never not reply to a quote request as this will effect for FareBid rating and could lead to less quotes requests been sent out to you. |
UNSUITABLE |
This keyword should be used if your company is not suitable for the quote request. For example, the destination may be too far away for your company. Replying to the quote with unsuitable will trigger an alert to our administrations to investigate why you were sent an unsuitable quote request. |
